Fatty acids provide essential nutrients to maintain a well structured and smooth skin.

The fatty acids may be monounsaturated and polyunsaturated. They can be found in the following foods:

Monounsaturated fatty acids in olive oil and avocados.

Polyunsaturated fatty acids: in seed oils, Skin Tek nuts and oily fish (especially blue).
